Direct Debits can be setup on our old 'Wirecard' Accounts with the sort code: 23-11-85. Unfortunately direct debits can't be setup on 'Railsbank' accounts with the sort code 04-03-70. We're working to get these enabled and should be available in February 2021.

It’s free to set up direct debits using your ANNA business account details. Your ANNA account supports electronic direct debits, but not paper ones. 

When you set up a direct debit with someone you want to pay, you’ll need to give them your ANNA business account number and sort code. If they ask for the name and address of your banking provider, here it is:

When you first set up a direct debit, it will take up to 5 working days to confirm. So bear this in mind if you’re planning to make a payment within this timeframe. 

The Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme protects your payments. If ANNA or whoever you want to pay makes a mistake with your direct debit, you’re entitled to a full refund, straightaway.
