When you set up a Direct Debit with someone you want to pay, you’ll need to give them your ANNA business account number and sort code. If they need the name and address of your banking provider, the address is:

When you first set up a Direct Debit, it will take up to 5 working days to confirm. So bear this in mind if you’re planning to make a payment in the next few days.
The Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme protects your payments. That means that if ANNA or whoever you want to pay makes a mistake with your Direct Debit, you’re entitled to a full refund, straightaway.
