We have regular schedules for processing inbound and outbound payments between ANNA and other banks. Here’s how they’re organised:

Outbound payments

  • Outbound payments are processed on the hour, every hour from 5am to 11pm.
  • Between 11pm and 5am ANNA has two payment runs, one at 1am and the other at 3am.

So for example if you send a payment at 2.30pm, ANNA will send the money to the recipient bank at 3pm. From there, it might take some additional time for the recipient bank to process the payment before it reaches the person or business you want to pay.

Inbound payments

  • Inbound payments are processed every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour (eg. 10am, 10.30am, 11am and 11.30am)
  • It takes up to 15 minutes for payments to be credited to your account

Occasionally ANNA experiences delays, in which case you might have to wait up to 45 minutes to receive a payment. If you’re waiting for a payment that hasn’t arrived, or if you have any questions about payment processing, chat to ANNA in the app.
