Whenever a transaction is delayed, our team works with our partners and other banks to get the payment completed. Here are a few reasons why a payment might be delayed.
- Payments are subject to checks, to ensure that there isn’t any fraudulent activity. Sometimes these checks are manual and may cause short delays.
- For payments to complete, the relevant banking systems need to be running as normal (e.g. sending and receiving funds). It may be the bank you are paying into is undergoing their own maintenance.
