If you want to keep paying Direct Debits, we recommend that you move funds back to your old Wirecard ANNA account to cover outgoing payments. If you don’t have enough funds in your Wirecard account to cover outgoing Direct Debit payments, we’ll remind you in-app to transfer funds over. And if you agree to it in the app, we can auto-fund your Wirecard account to cover Direct Debit payments.

Unfortunately for new ANNA customers who have joined on or after 3 September 2020, you won’t have access to Direct Debits as they are not yet available. We’ll let you know in the ANNA app as soon as Direct Debits are enabled for your account. We expect Direct Debit to be in place by January 2021.
