If you’ve got a new account powered by Railsbank

Any invoices you create and send from ANNA will show only your new account details. It's also made clear on the invoice (and invoice emails) that your account details have changed, so your customers are aware they need to send payments to the new account


Any older invoices already created should show your new account details when they’re opened. Let us know if you need any help with this.

If you are still using the old Wirecard account

If you haven’t yet opened a new account powered by Railsbank, the account details on your invoices will remain the same as they always were and payments into your account will work as usual.
